Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.
Creating an account is easy. Simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button, enter your information, and follow the registration instructions. Once completed, you’ll be able to manage orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Sales tax may be applied depending on your location and local regulations. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability depends on local laws and regulations regarding vape products. Please check our shipping policy or contact customer support to confirm delivery to your location.
Whenever possible, all items in your order will be shipped in a single package. However, some orders may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location, or shipping restrictions. If this occurs, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer support before returning any item.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos of the item received. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our support team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Once your return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

For select products, pre-orders may be available. If pre-ordering is offered, it will be clearly indicated on the product page along with the estimated shipping date. If no pre-order option is displayed, the item is currently unavailable until restocked.
